ma thumudiki employer applied h1 in 2018 when he was at client A. pick aiyindi May lo lost project and July lo malli ochesindi project at client B in different state. sep lo rfe padindi to show client employer relations.  

nov end was dead line to respond. emplyer diff client undi i can respond to your rfe since i cant risk my company for just 1 ech1 keeping things happening these days ani ala poyindi...

 

vadi luck enti ante.. same thing repeated this year. lottery pick aiyindi.. client C dagara unnapudu applied h1. may lo malli project gone. june lo ochesindi project with client D. ipudu ninna rfe padindi enti ani telidu yet. ipudu malli respond avanu anukondi for instance. can we transfer to employer B and respond to the same rfe... or some other solution unda..

I don't think you can transfer h1 which is not even approved yet.

we know a case in friends from last year transferred h1 when he had NOID but it was NOID on extension applicaiton. so transferred current h1 and replied to NOID> andike ila emaina possible aa curiosity anthe.
