I am not FT i am a contractor. I am on a cool project where i proved myself. I can manage my managers and architect anta hold undi . Also, I work for state so its not an aggressive environment .

  Having working in aggresive clients i code so fast and i do dbing while working as well. Npm install, making clean package , server staeting stopping la madhylo db chesta ante kani pani manesi DB cheyanu. Nenu proooxy na life lo tesukoledu and i did couple of projects at home before i started my first project. Daily 14-16hrs code chesi ma babai deggara java, weblogic admin and websphere admin nerchukunna. 

I usually dont come after hours and weekends but i didnt sleep last night with terrible toothache so vacha also i live alone so to kill time i come to db sometimes in evening. 

Enta paisal ichina nenu proxxxies tesukonu for any person unless they are in deep trouble. Humanitarian grounds lo eppadi varaku okka ammayi ki tesukunna anthe. Ma employer paisal ista proooxies tesuko java course cheppu ani 100's of times adigadu but sodhi naku ah paisal akkarledu. I want to enjoy life and i am not money making machine.

Its 8 pm i am still at work to cover monday hours. 9:30 varaku unta.

Ofcourse mangement roles ki target chestu bodi managers ney manage cheyakapote how will i manage a team. Job vachaka kadu management knowledge should be applied in every aspect of life even personal life.
