If you do it by urself there will be few people or none to talk to you or to take care of you etc . Friends might be there but not everytime . H1b visa, us dollars make sense only when we r healthy. @kr123 Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm - Ascending .... I was born with Bicuspid Aortic valve and so had Open Heart Surgery(Aortic valve replacement)when I was at 17 yrs old. Doctor told atleast 50%  born with bicuspid valve will lead to Aortic Aneurysm.
