Not a big player bro, Bensup Infra ani a small developer venture. plots over now. I booked in Feb-19.

Now, the only big ventures are Peram group. Its more than 100 acre venture with almost 2000 plots villa plot project. They are quoting around 20k now. Its beside subhagriha venture which was completed around 5 yrs back. Its nearer to Indus school Mokila.

hyderabad real estate rates are at very high prices. They compared with Blore, mumbai and increased prices very high.  Do not buy.  You are wasting your hard earned money. Bank FD rates 6% unte real estate prices antha ela perugutay.  Asalu hyderabad lo full traffic issues, water issues, less jobs but real estate prices are high. Idoka pedha mafia. Govt. kooda vallaku helping commissions kosam.

Neeku telvakapote lite teesko. Present hyd lo reputed builder nunchi villa or apartment konte 5% GST mandatory. They will either increase the home value or charge it separately but they will take it 100%. Also registration will be on full villa value..

disco was on registration charges to be paid to the Sub-registrar, stamps and registrations dept while registration ba. 

GST to be paid to the builder is altogether a different story.  asalu GST okkate kaadu manam builder ku kattedi, Amenities + corpus fund etc., chaala untayi.

corpus fund depends on the project uncle...TS koni rate vaste resale antunnadu...so he will not get his GST and registration charges back...2nd hand aptski gst undadu
