nenu recent ga dilshuknagar lo 160 sq. yards plot konna for 70lakhs... andulo 2 storey house kattalante 25 to 30 lakhs avuddi ani estimating... but I cant afford that so planning to sell it back and get a flat in Aparna Serene in kondapur, but 1500 Sft apt vadu 1Cr antunnadu... too much unnai prices... em cheyyalo ardam kavadam ledu... any suggestions pls?

plot lo construction cheskodame better both quality wise and financial wise. And you can construct it as you wish. okkasari plot ammithey it will be difficult to find a new one in a decent area. Ledhu edhi emayna naaku flat eee kavali ante maathram your choice.
