Passive Income for parents

Parents need financial support..no pension as father didn't worked did business and invested on children..

Thinking to do FD, that generates fixed money for them.

Budget : 1 CR

 

I know FD not much money return but secure monthly fixed like pension..

My plan invest now let my parents enjoy returns, later when my kids grow up use for there education..

Just need any other better options..

Amaravathi done deal..fact freind got apt for 80 lacs now he is crying..lost capital image now it's like h1b situation..lot of uncertainty at capital..

buy crtical health insurance along with normal health insurace or lumpsum of 10lacs

50 buy Apt & rent that atleast get 15k

I would not suggest rental property. Do FD 

Rents will have its own maintenance headaches.

2.5L per year kante ekkuva interest vasthe Every year Tax filings cheyali vallu so adokkati chusko. FD rates every month thaggistunnaru because of indian economy. 0.3% taggincharu from last 2 months. Nee money usa nundi parents account ki send chestava 1cr? Or is it ur parents money.
