Present land ledu..I need to start thinking to raise some capital and do this.. eventually..land koni, build chesi that's exit plan..but as of now some money generation ki planning as pension for them .

Recently my friend brought property with 1.44 cr and getting 80K in rent ..is it worth of investment ..still I have chance to invest so asking

80 lakhs to 1 cr investments okay up to 1 lakh rents ki.. 1.44 cr ki 80k ante not worth it bro. You can see some other good options

Looks ok..return is not much but as others mentioned when sell after 5 yrs I am sure it will be 2 cr plus u will see real profit that time..

Very true hyd is still only option for investing..you can risk by invest at new capital now rates low..cheaper than before..if capital continues u can sell for more..

Hyderabad kante maa side rent lu ekkuva unnai, okko space or shutter 10k or 12 k undhi
