Many things hasn't changed for years from Apple. Like iCloud default storage 5 GB never changed since i'ts introduction. Google doing because that's their business model like sucking on user data. Apple doesn't want to spend additional money on chips and pass it to end customer. Stock will heavily impacted by this move.

Compare the specs for both Iph7 ad pixel 2 xl uncle..for cheaper rate i am getting bigger screen, way better cam, fast charging etc
