Real estate situation is very very bad in major cities . Hyderabad is exempted from that so far. Will be interesting to see if it will survive this downturn in sector country wide.

With present pace, I think constructed residential and commercial will sustain growth for another 2 years at least and open lands may still continue momentum for an year...

Except in Mumbai, all other major cities are witnessing a down side in construction space, especially Delhi NcR and Chennai...Bangalore kuda saturation ki degarlo vundi..

Last time alanti auction ki vachina huge response valla rates baaga perigayee city antha . Have to see how it goes this time.
