that's correct, leasing more office space  correlates to more employees being hired or moving from other cities and that in turn increases the demand for residential market.

this is the first time ever Hyd is poised to touch Bangalore in commercial and office space leasing , in 2014 it was 2 million sft leased and this year they are projecting it will touch 12-13 million sft lease levels and based on the number of office projects in pipeline it may not slowdown for another 3-5 years at-least. This is the real demand (less unsod inventory) I am talking about and not the jumla types like buying/selling plots for quick bucks.
