NO, no one need to learn hindi to be part of administration....

English is already being used...apart from English, they want to introduce Hindi too...I don't see any harm in that...

If someone is being forced to learn hindi and keep aside your native language, then it is an issue but no one is stopping you from using your ative language even for adminsiteral purposes at center...

A Tamilian can still send notice to speaker of the house in Tamil, but they choose English for convenience, Tamil MP's can speak in Tamil but they don't...not because they don;t love their language but its for convenience...

some states, especially nothern states and north east, will be comfortable with Hindi..let them be..

apart from regional language and english, they want Hindi to be medium of communication for adminsterial duties...

no one will impose any such rules...its silly..

nee native language ni vache nastam emi ledu, knowledge of another language is sought after...
