Medium of communication is different from making it national language. You are confusing 2 things. One is arises because of the need, if I am settled in Delhi I will speak in Hindi but if you are imposing Hindi on me it is a totally different thing.

 Rey badakav... government of India recognizes only Hindi and English . They have no choice . The same government eats their taxes and refuses to hear them in their own language. Worst nation in the world.

Delhi is national capital Hindi is not compulsory

Migatha vaallanni pakkana pettu Tamil MP converse more in Tamil than English... Monna pramaana sweekaram chesinappudu kuda every MP took oath in Tamil...
