Do you have any rental properties in India? Not necessarily in your hometown but in any other place like hyd?

my suggestion is based on how my friend arranged for his parents... 

if their need is only 20K per month, you might as well send about $300 every month and not worry about any investments for now.. 

 many of us send money monthly to their parents for expenses...
