Android_Halwa Posted September 17, 2019 Report Share Posted September 17, 2019 Karnataka...the whole of northern karnataka understands hindi with ease...only dakshin karnataka and tulu region is resistant to HIndi, whole of Tamil nadu ...and of course, pride telugu speakers spread in the region of andhra pradesh... these are the three regions who are acting for reason set in the 1960's, usually for political gain.
