hindi nerchukunte nortihe saaley gallu thista eyyadam entra babu... like I said we had hindi right from primary class in our school, many schools in hyd have those, it means nothing.

looks like just because my son learns spanish words in school means mexico will overtake USA lol

Neeku hindi vunte.. it means nothing ? Assalu meeku minimum morality ledhu ra... you don’t know how wrong it is to impose something on someone just as evidence of his nationality. Just because you had it in some schools you can’t impose it on every school.

Bengalis,Odiya's and Marathi's, they have accepted multiple languages and they are very much shielded from linguistic politics...

Its the time for south top open up and accept more on this front...

Accept more accept Hindi accept this accept that otherwise you are a lesser Indian. Most spineless badakav in this dB.

After meeting Governor of Tamil Nadu Banwarilal Purohit, president of Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) MK Stalin said that the protest which was planned across Tamil Nadu on the imposition of Hindi language will not be held.

The decision to cancel the protest comes after the promise from Governor Banwarilal Purohit that the Centre will not force or impose Hindi in Tamil Nadu.

MK Stalin said that he got an invite from Governor Banwarilal Purohit to meet him in the morning and based on the invite he came to meet the governor in the evening.

Based on the meeting, the state-wide protest has been temporarily cancelled.

MK Stalin said, "Governor Banwarilal Purohit explained as to how the statement of Amit Shah has been misunderstood and no such imposition will be made on us."

Governor Banwarilal Purohit, when the DMK demanded if the Centre will be ready to acknowledge this, said that he's speaking as the representative of the Centre.

Following this Amit Shah has also released a clarification.

MK Stalin also said that if there is any attempt in the future to impose Hindi, the DMK will protest and make every effort to stop any such imposition.

Mk stalin is the man. A proud periyarist he knows what is self respect. The governor had to run to him to explain Amit shah nonsense.

Yes, you cannot impose. But including an extra language in the classes is not the end of the world to debate this long annadhi topic... it doesnt affect anyone's lives but keep cribbing to the moon like its the end of the world. All im debating is about how this is blown out of proportions, im not saying if this the perfect move or not.

It fking effects peoples lives. What the hell is wrong with you. In this hyper competitive world you want the South Indian child to be burdened by a useless subject instead of math or computer. Why do you hate non Hindi children that much.? Unbelievable.

very sensible post especially the part I quoted above.... yes it could be a little effort taking but not the end of the world. There are many schools in hyd with hindi being taught already in school. My school had telugu and hindi and english languages right from primary school and @tennisluvr can confirm that and we all did fine.

Will it take extra effort? yes. Is this the end of the world? no. So, just dont blow it out of proportions for politics sake

Yes I can confirm. I can speak Hindi with native proficiency, write, read as well. I can do the same with Telugu as well.

So I don't see any issue to learning another language Hindi apart from our mother tongue and English. @chittimallu_14
