Please think a little bit,

Tax is a realized income, not actual income,

meaning - if companies earn well & pay taxes, that would be the amount the govt get's. It's not an amount govt already has, which is now being given to corporates.

 

That "realized money" would have come an year later to GOI, only and only if companies performed well and are in profit margins.

If companies are drowning, the realized money would be a big ZERO. Last checked, corporates pay taxes only on profits.

 

AOC threw out Amazon from NY stating that govt won't pay them the money, which was in form of tax breaks,

That is exactly your logic,

DymbAss AOC did not tell the people that the tax would be coming to NY coffers only when Amazon pays it, any tax break would be on the tax Amazon would have paid,

by not having Amazon, you have ZERO tax from Amazon,

loss of tens of thousands of direct jobs,

loss of hundreds of thousands of indirect jobs.

 

That's exactly how this situation is as well.

Coming to Demo and farmers, they were so affected by it that these same people gave more seats than last time.
