planning time lo koddiga greens, veggies manchiga tinali iddaru along with good combination of carbs and plenty of exercise......red meats, cigarettes, gaddi, alcohol manesthe better both....

male aithe oka 3 months mundhu nunchi follow aithe chalu...confirm ayyaka mi ishtam....female aithe tappadu elago after getting pregnant
