When 7th yr H1 extension application reaches USCIS, Indias GC quota is expired for that year and its no where near to be current.. then 3 yr extensions

now after law, with everyone treated as same.. the provision for giving 3 yrs is no longer relevant..it will result in 1 yr extension

question : is there any guarantee from/by anyone that one is going to get 3 yr extensions??.. nope

it is better to get 4 1-yr extensions and get GC than get 6 3-yrs extensions and still wait in line

currently no client will hire for 3 yrs continuously..if you change client.. you go for amendment..amendment is nothing but new applciation
