rejection of H1 has nothing to do with GC.. period.. you can get rejected and still continue in the GC line in your home country.. go for consular processing wehn visa is allocated

Kind of true. I am filing extension or amendment every year since 5 yrs. 3 yrs vachina client marutunna amendment and then it becomes 1 yr visa. Contracting light since we pay and employer ki em badha ledu but FT companies will discourage h1bs . It will be worse for every h1b ippudu for only contractors.

i am saying the chances of 2014 getting a GC is way better after S386 than it is today even if H1B rejected

140 can be withdrawn by employer. even if its withdrawn .. you can come back with another employer and continue the process.. you are tecnically spending time in line even if H1B rejected.. is the kavi bhaavam
