Edi better vuncles? In market demand terms. Which will pay more?

I cannot comment on USA market, but in the UK and Europe,

Angular --> Need to have Java or .NET background for service layer. So cannot help to get a contract alone.

React --> Can get you a contract as sole skill - Very good demand.

React alone doesn't help ...you need to learn webpack, redux, jest testing...etc

and also you should be update with other upcoming frameworks like next.js, Gatsby...etc

I heard angular got lot of confusion with versions and differences between angular framework vs angular.js
