dont worry about what facing it is .. 99% of the time we use garage door to enter/exit... we hardly use our main door ... and USA lo East / West facing is good in Cold places ... South or North facing is good in places like Texas /Arizona

Coz they are stupid to believe Indian civil engineering techniques work in US .. they will not ...

Indias vastu is designed based on India’s geographic & climate conditions .. and there are no ACs or heaters when that was designed.

US civil engineering is way different and any facing will not have any impact except for what your preference inside a home is...

West facing is better because, morning backyard lo sun vuntundi, and evening front yard lo sun vuntundi .. so that kids can play in backyard in evening, which would be perfect timing.

 

East facing concept mana urlo nadusthundey 40 years back, when they had front yards, which they have to get dried up when they used to clean kitchen and house in the evening and throw water outside on front yard

Just FYI, true east, west does not exist here in US/Canada. India lo aithe sun will be almost 90 deg during mid day. That wont happen here, Sun will be at an angle due to higher latitude. Sun rises here in South east and sets almost in South west. So, mana vasthu lekkalu eeda chellav. Chelluthay ane bhrama konukkune valluntaru, but we as engineers need to use some paav kg of our head.
