Marathon runners need suggestion

I started training for half marathon and it is on March 1st 

i am able to run 4 mile now at 6 mph 

i did 5 miles this week , but noticed pain in my shoulder surprisingly 

how did you guys prepare after any injuries

I did half marathon last year! Luckily no injuries... U have enough time to practice ... I finished it in 2:30

If you able to run about half the distance, manageable. Practice tho pothaay aa noppulu...it is just like going to gym after long time. Your muscles stretch and adjust to your new routine. Always keep arms in fist mode while running, arm action is important otherwise shoulder pains vasthai due to muscle strain.

Em kadu slow down chey 6 mph is too fast,9-10 chey for few mnths

Use a good foam roller after your run and spend a good amount of time stretching post your run. 

Also try to use a sauna room if you have access to it after the run. That will help as well

Ledankul no marathons for me atleast not yet. 

Maybe in the future, I mostly focus on faster running times now.

You mean in the Army? So mostly schedule ela untundante 

Mondays - 5 mile run in the mornings 

Tuesdays - Pushups situps and pullups till failure

Wednesdays - 45 seconds of sprint, 90 seconds of walk. 8 repititions

Thursdays - Pushusp situps and pullups till failure

Fridays - Company run, anywhere from 5 to 7 miles

Saturdays - Optional 2 mile run

Sundays - Rest

But beyond this we are in the field doing something every day so stamina automatic ga perugutundi. On top of which we don't get any junk food that helps as well.
