Marathon runners need suggestion

Naaku 2.2 miles takes around 25 mins and 5km (3.1 miles) like 35 mins. Do you stop between ? Or oke stretch lo mottam pargedtava?

normal pace ee idi treadmill speed or bayata trail speed haa ??

for me first mile 8/9 mins 

sexond mile 10-12 min 

3rd/4th and until sixth HIIT lo chesta but on trail. I cannot run long distances on treadmill get bored easily

bayata trail idi...I don't do treadmills
