Bhayyas, my  employer A tho I-140 approved  more than a year back. Planning to move to employer B and he is willing to h1 transfer in premium, kaani GC process,  dates current ayinappudu start chestha, until then emplyer A tho vunna I-140 is good antunndu ..

1. When employer B starts the GC process, can he use  the PD of already approved I-140 as it is already approved for a year ? Malli edi position and title in A and B match avvali ani emanna rules vunnaya?

2. Is it ok to join B as is or ask him to start applying PERM and labor after 6 months atleast

Please advise. Thanks

I agree to "biscuit" point. Negotiate for 6 months after joining or prior if possible. Dont wait for dates to be current, nuvvu finish aythav
