The era of digitalisation itself is bringing changes in govt machinery....not fast but slowly it is changing...and psu kuda facing lots of troubles...recently finance comission reccomend chesindhi..pay commission should be replaced by pay and performance commission and to reduce the govt age for retiring...so all in all govt jobs are not going to be a life insurance scheme like in olden days
