Well the reason I wouldn't like a random person is that they aren't "the one I like". But there is no reason for liking that one person in the first place, so there is no reason for disliking the rest of the world for not being that someone.

Not liking someone is different from disliking. If you don't like someone in the first place it's indifference. If you dislike someone, that is a mere reflection of you, what you don't like to be.

There is a difference. It is indifference as long as it's a random person (I don't like a random person 'X' because he is not 'B'). Now that indifference becomes dislike if I am with X instead of being with B.

This is a pseudo feeling. It's not certain. Slowly you will like/dislike X for what they are when you are with them. Period. But we disregard everyone else when we like someone. If it is mutual it's healthy, if not it's obsession.
