Mike lee is on erick erickson podcast. He said the bill is dead as of now as dick durbin wants it on the floor for discussions and he does not want it on the floor for discussions as it will have a bunch of amendme ts and the senators will have to go on record with theor votes . He said the main reason for UC is there is no record of the voting of the senators and mitch is not ready to put it on the floor for diacussion in the current FY
