Nuvvu ila low sugar diet chesi oka roju full ga biryani tinu sugar high toh mathu ela ostadii ante ala ostadi once I literally couldn’t drive, I pulled off on to rest area to have a sleep after that heavy lunch.

Rice is a carb kada and they say rice converts into sugars and fats in our body. So does rice fall under this sugar category? what about other carbs like brown bread, oats, etc.... other than oils and protein and vegs.... everything else has carbs in them like rice, pasta, bread, mos fruits... ivanni kooda ee sugar category lo ke vasthaya? Does this mean we should avoid all these and eat only vegetables and meat?

Can someone explain and help me please

Every Thursday while returning to home madyalo halal shop lo aagi oka country chicken (for raju gari kodi pulao) oka normal chicken (for hyd dum biryani)

increase fat intake ... ghee.. butter.. avocado..medium protein and all veggies 

fat can also come from medium boiled whole eggs.. dont throw away yolk.. this is the key 

fat intake ekkuva avvagane.. glycemic control will kick in..you will automatically feel full for longer times

have the best meal during afternoon or breakfast.. eat very light in evening.. you metabolism will change for good
