yoo dont have to be nude bro, if you want you can but no staring at others, normally there would be towels, grab one and go...you good.

very easy way to burn calories out, like spend 30 mins and get 300/400 cals out just sitting, also cleanses skin, and flushes any toxins as well..very helpful for people who try to shed weight without actually running/diet/exercises.
