H1 stamping questions

Hello everyone,
I got my initial H-1 approval back in 2017 (when i'm in F-1), and then I worked with my client for 8 months, and then filed amendment with the same employer, for a new job, and I worked there for 14 months, and I moved to a new job with a new employer, and my visa transfer process is completed. (I didn't go to India for stamping though.)

While I'm trying to fill the Questionnaire for my Visa stamping, I have couple of questions.

Do you have a previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee)? - what should I answer?
NO (Because, I did not have stamping.)
YES(Because, I had a different H1 application with my previous employer.)


Is your previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or
trainee) still valid?
NO (Because, my visa transfer process is completed and I-94 got updated.)
YES(Because that I 797 will expire in 2020 August.)


Did your previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) expire within the last 12 months?
NO (That I 797 is till August 2020)
YES (My visa transfer process is done)
