Ie rickshaws anni swachh bharat kinda every village ki ichinaru...and it is still going on, Allot ayina trash collection rickshaws ni sarpanch ki allot chestaru, sarpanch will appoint someone in the village to do the job..

Anthe kani Village volunteers has nothing to do with thing...Volunteers monitor the activities and provide status reports to Secretaries..

Of course, nothing comes for free my friend...Things are at nascent stage for waste disposal and trash and we will still see such things to exist for another decade...This is not an experience you gave but this is how stuff works ...
