unfortunately 1996-2004, the administration which claims to have built the modern Hyderabad could not concentrate on the elementary things a civilization needs...

Nizam did concentrate on making things better, CBN only on making things worst...he created filth and mess in the name of vision

Do you really call this a vision ? such a vision without elementary things, really called as a vision ?
