ofcourse world over right wing is characterized by similar goals. victimizing one group, relentless support to capital (although this one can change), making up history to project some part of history as a golden age, use of violence to further political ends, war mongering, etc.

so one can use the blanket term right wing to signify any of the above groups. it doesn't excuse pakistani right wing nutters who follow a different religion.
