Rand Paul oppukundi - negotiation tarvata. bedirinchinanduku kaadu. Rand Paul has huge nursing lobby interests. Adi H1b kanna maha  pedda money machine. 

whether someone budges or not this is not the right approach. 

If 1 senator doesnt agree - work with another senator to approach Durbin. 9/10 times - they want something in return to showcase they did this a favor. 

That is how politics work. 

IV does a great job in educating grass roots but when it comes to the top they screw up big time.
