vallu malli with in one year lo raka pote should be oke..

and get the extension work done fast...you will receive a letter stating that they received your application... keep it with you.. thats all you will get..

depends bro....naa frnd valla in-laws ki extend chesadu couple yrs back....2 months extra unnaru anthe and they left to India while their extension was still pending.

less than 6 months lopu his mom-in-law alone came to US again......POE lo adigaaru why did you extend last time and coming back again ani.

They let her IN with a warning that next time pls dont extend and pls dont visit US this frequently...if they do so, they will revoke visiting visa ani. 

Oka 2 yrs min gap isthe better ani decide ayyaru.....may be 2020 or 2021 lo if they come again, we will get to know.

similar case maa community lo okaru parents ki extension apply chesi....full 5 months unnaru.....they left US and came back again in 6months.....POE lo no questions and easy ga aipoindhi.......and after that frequently they are visiting US (once a yr ala)....so far no issues for them.

first thing officers see is why visitors were not able to accomplish in the time they spent here... if you say they had bad knee or health issues, can you provide any proof?

second officers see is what visitors will do by extending the stay. give specific details.. trips planned, dates, complete list of things parents will do in the period you are requesting extension for.

genuine medical emergency (like right before travel back lo due to illness they had to extend) ilanti reasons unte I guess should be fine when they are returning back....but my suggestion is dont extend their I-94 unless you really need their presence here......if you have to extend, dont stay full 6 months. Try to send them away sooner and next visit ki oka 1+yr min gap ivvu.....more gap is much better. Dont forget, 10yr visa + future renewals untai...so think long term and plan accordingly.

visiting visa ni o range lo vaadukunaaru. DHS knows all abuses if they feel suspicious they will revoke  visa
