UK publishes Brexit proposals to the EU

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has outlined plans to enable the UK to leave the EU with a deal. The DUP appears to back the plans, which would leave Northern Ireland in Europe’s single market and would mean customs checks between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Boris Johnson's plan is DOA. EU is not going to agree for Northern Ireland's temporary  inclusion in  EU market.

Even if they agree, it would be problem for the UK. Its very easy to smuggule the goods to the rest of the UK without security and custom & execerice taxes.
