Think RTC Union is on the wrong side

No vuncle, it's been 4 years anta since they got some hike. And whenever they are asking govt replying it by showing losses in rtc. They are really frustrated this time and they have the reason. 

Moreover AP lo jaganal kalipesadu rtc ni govt lo. RTC employees(drivers & conductors) are one of the most productive govt employees. Vallaki ivvadam lo tappu ledu. At least konni demands aina approve chesi undalsindi.

Mukkodi govt is behaving tuglaq way. Not listening to employee concerns in first place leave about solving them. Electricity dept employees are earning in lakhs(literally) who are even in clerk category. Why should rtc employees who work like slaves should be happy with mearge salaries.

Adi corporation vaa....balance sheet la profit-loss mida nadipiyali...

Telangana RTC la 70-80% zones are loss making, of course government handling and interference valla kuda chala losses vastunayi...

4 years was good time to make a paradigm shift and change the way they operate and manage...aina no attempt was done to improve things ante Government clear idea tho vunatu vundi to breakdown RTC or privatize...

With this strike, it will only get worst

Dora lk gadiki mla salaries penchadaniki paisal unnay, project lu katti contractor gallani poshinchadaniki paisal unnay. Pani chesetollaki iyyadaniki matram paisal lev. 

Someone should teach that tuglaq a lesson and hope this strike serves him that.

Electricity department is part of the government administration where as RTC is a company where government is the management....so general administration rules vallaki applicable kaavu kada...

Kaani Any Stikes ki atleast 2-3 months prior Notice ivvali, And As I thought - discussion goes on in Phases..

AP lo RTC merger aiyyi hardly 1 week kaaledhu - ila Festival times lo Sudden Strikes antae entha varaku correct.

TG moment time lo Sakala Samme ki kuda 3-4 Months munde icharu..

50K employees - They cant take a decision Overnight

Rtc employees (I mean drivers & conductors not referring to high level employees) will work irrespective of occupancy. Evad ekkina ekkakapoina they cannot abort their duty. So why should they compromise their salaries if things are not working at higher level. Intlo kusunetollaki edo pension ani paisal ichinapudu kashtapadetoniki ivvadaniki problem endi? Adi corporation aina inkemina. That's the reason they asking for merger in govt. 

Employees have their reasons. It's govt responsibility  to address them.

Employees have their reasons. It's govt responsibility  to address them. 

The answer is simple...RTC is a company owned by the government and treating them as par with department employees will not happen, they have to rewrite the administration laws completely....yeah it appears to be simple but not really...

RTC has balance sheet, it needs to show management its performance, they need to get their own finance to run the company...
