Brother we have to know the context there...Aina dismiss chesinollandarini malla ame Ney venakki thesukundhi on SC orders....she didn't give unnecessary legitimacy to them by using them for her agitations in her past...she has always taken a principal stand against the govt employees..and moreover naku thelisinantha varaku that strike was completely motivated by opposite dmk...akkada scenario ikkada scenario veru...

Adhe Kaka, Now Court will Void KChR's dismiss orders and asks RTC employees to Join their Duty.. And RTC employees Joins.

Inka Court can also Order - Mutual ga Solve chesukondi under Retd Judge Committee ( Antha kantae inka em resolution vuntadhi from Court) 

Indirect ga Strike Call-Off aiynatte gaa ..

Jaya used ESMA Act...Essential services maintenance act and ie law apply cheyadam valla court lo beneficiary verdict vachindi and by the time court verdict came, State government already made arrangements to take back the striking teachers and court lo weak defense out io chesinaru instead of arguing...in simple ga chepalante it was a revoke order itself by the court supported by the government 

ESMA Act valla adoka option vunde, but this case as RTC is a government owned management, things are different
