But, corruption at high level pretty bad

You can't complain apples with oranges....their scenario and context is different from ours...Dora actively used rtc unions during agitation for Telangana which provided a sorta legitimacy to those unions ....now suddenly u turn taken by Dora and trying to blame rtc workers...daal mein much kaala hai Bhai...Dora edho sketch geedinattundu...this seems fishy and we are unable to get the larger picture behind this...

There was talk in the past about big people entering into business if its made access to private run.

Drivers and conductors ki at any case 30k average, even with good experience. They are the least paid govt employees, and poor drivers are one of the most productive and hardworking people. Very sad.

rtc chairman position is used for political. YSR bought rtc to profits. Employees do what they are told. Fines/suspensions untay if the low level grade workers didn’t meet the min km/liter etc. gitla saana untay. Rtc workers do what they are told. Govt should do what’s needed to get rtc back in line. Sammey sesthey suspend sesukuntu pothey nadustada ?. Dora garu samme sesi chee emm kaleyda?. Why that is different from this?

Unemployed join avtaru emo in frustration, but even they had to live very compromising life with family.

Rural routes doesn't give profits vuncle. Private players will have their concerns in this routes. What I know, rtc doesn't make losses due to inoccupancy, but because of low fares in rural routes & corruption at higher levels. 2nd one need to be fixed if govt has any sense, but kachara is tuglaq anyway. 

 

People near my home were telling, there might be a scenario of tg people asking for merger again with AP in future if this tuglaq ruling continues this way, only on lighter note though.

I kind of support KCR in this issue,  there are other ways to increase profits to RTC like their own spare parts, tire manufacturing, yes you wont intially see the change but on long term this might work, and public private partnership might see some change in the revenue. ,

so, what should poor drivers and conductors do vuncle, in this case. Wait and watch and retire, becoz rtc not making profits.?
