good job endi ba, 50K employees that too low paid compared to other govt employees ni dismiss chestha ante valla families lo etla untadi paristhithi, papam RTC lo majority emps are conductors, drivers, depot lo mechanics and cleaners, and significant percentage of clerks and other office staff, 99% of the staff live on salaries. Vallaku secretarait lo Group 4 emps ku vache bribes kuda raavu bro. Akariki Govt hospitals lo ambulance drivers, helpers, nurses, even mortuary staff kuda istam vachinattu bribes gunjutharu, RTC emp paristhiti bit pathetic bro. e rojullo india lo 10 Lakhs PA IT employees kuda endi ee household stuff, groceries, milk, school fees, vehicles, property rates chusi etla bathukutam antunnaru. Majority of the rtc staff gets take home salary between 12K to 40K depending on service.

few unions are ready to join the protest. Retirement age relaxation from 58 to 60 and prc implementation which were promised earlier are being under hold from long time. They might even join if this strike continues till the completion of dasara.

Don't go with percentages. See their salaries and come to conclusion. 10k ni 14 k cheyadam and 50k ni 70k cheyadam are not same, though both are 40% hike.don't be a silly supporter of govt in all cases.
