Paid close to 120k for kids day care here . 300k for housing and spent lot of money on cars buying leasing ..had good life..but it's just that it's like repeat and rinse mode nothing new or exciting like in the beginning of u.s. life gurnee Mills Waukegan ki pote full excitement untunte 2006 la..ippudu mall of America. Poina as excitement ledu.. 

It's understandable that you are going through this after living here for so long. I've been here for few more years than you, and i do go through such thoughts every now and then. Develop some hobby or activity outside work. During winter months take a trip down south if your work life and family life permit. Moving back to India as you said is a big exercise, uprooting your life here. Analyze the pros and cons as per your situation and take a call. Wish you luck !
