resale with master only downstairs

oka new home chusa .. it has master and study down stairs and a master bath and powdr bath down stairs .. kinda 2 bed rooms lekapothae will that hurt resale value . maa parents are in 50's so its not a problem for us when they visit .. 50k difference vastundi for the home which has 2 beds down stairs with only 1 master down .. Please let me know ur thoughts

Thanks bro .. yeah chala diff vastundi on pricing .. evaro chepparu if we dont have additional bed on the same floor as Master , kids paina meeru kinda padukovalante kashtam in future and for parents .. we are expecting a kid now but next 5 yrs varku master lo ne padukuntadi kada ani naa thinking .. and resale lo kuda 2 beds kinda unte easy ga pothundi ani antunde which i dont undestand

Don’t take is my suggestion .. it’s called ranch home and buyers will be usually old people who can’t climb stairs ... also when you use master in downstairs and you hardly go upstairs and use those rooms ... resale will not be great ... also such community will have old jantha and so you will not have young families and/or kids for company ..

bro ranch kaadu ... first floor lo master and study undi .. 2nd floor has 3 bed rooms ..Kinda 2 bed rooms lekunte resale lo emanna prob avthada ani naa qn .. i have one master and powder bath in first floor and 2 bath in 2nd floor
