President Trump is set to hold a campaign rally in Minneapolis on October 10. The campaign alleges that Mayor Jacob Frey, who was outspoken about his displeasure with the rally, is overcharging for use of the event space in an attempt to kill the rally. Others noted that Trump’s unpaid bills for similar events are the motivating factor.
