Yeah. But it would be about 4+ billion years. By that time Sun will roast us. Even before that asteroids can most likely wipe out.  Just 6 miles asteroid wiped almost 80% of life (one theory). That's why Elon MusK and others talking about leaving the Earth finding refugee other places.  But we got plenty of time for arrangement and we are progressing quite well.

asteroids can be diverted. 

to escape sun when it starts getting brighter , there is an idea to change earth orbit (impossible now but who knows).    

inka andromeda tho collision antava .... distances between the stars are so large that mostly none will collide. maybe overall gravity and arrangement of our star might change but very unlikely.
