Called his office and apologized and asked him why he blocked the bill which is already supported by 365 senates and only him the only one not supporting. He asked did you see his bill, I said his bill is a poison pill and far from reality. S386 was his bill and now he is not supporting. He asked my name and zip code I told him I don’t live in Illinois and it’s a national issue, he still asked my name and zip code and I asked to convert the message to the senate.
