Travelling during ehh1 processing

Naku ehh 1 end avotndi Feb 2020 Lo. I have visa stamp for this. Ma company vadini extension apply Cheyamani cheppa. He will apply soon, Can I travel to India in December with the ehh1 extension still in processing ?

Yes. But you might not get new i94 with new approval.

You have to go-to stamping again out of country before your new h1 term starts.

there is no thumb rule that they can deny entry .. as long as you have couple of months due .. and still current petition is under process.

I think it all depends on the person who is going to process you entry at POE. vadiki nuvu nachakunna ledha risk anipinchina he can deny stating so and so reason .. anduke dont travel during processing unless needed ani attorneys chebutaru ..
