Learnt from my roomie and receiving similar emails with check stuff which sounds suspicious

Idi well-known scam...I know a bunch of ppl who fall for this trick....

There is a major flaw in US banking system in how they accept checks.

Yea aa email kuda too much formal ga untadhi.

nen work lo kuda antha formality maintain cheyyanu

My first roommate got scammed like this. They will send cheque for 4000. They will ask you to send the remaining back electronically only. Don’t trust.
