Pastors ku ivvatam mullahs ki ivvatam lo konchemaina meaning undhi.  First off these positions are open to all their followers. Second off they especially pastors preach in telugu language and morover they actually teach morals, good from wrong in a language people understand. They have sunday sermons etc these keep people in good moral standing and helps soceity. First fire all the archak lamdikes. Recruit through an entrance test with reservations for sc/st/obc etc. Then publish their duties which should include preaching etc. THen pay them.
