GC evadu istunnadu antha worry avvadaniki? Vade chestadu if you stick with them.

yeah true evadu ivvatledhu, but its always good to have something in hand and never know incase some miracle happens and things change.

inka problem emi undi. They will transfer/port the date. GC initiate cheyyadam ante vallaki big deal kani already I-140 unte you have better chance than @BOT antunna @Idassamed

nuvvu antunte vinadaniki sounding bagundi. Aina 140 unna lekapoina, how does it makes a difference to them for initiating GC Process, manaki previous 140 unte, PERM, Ad-Posting and labor certification lo emanna different approach untunda new employer ki ?

Better chances to retain you than those who are shipped from India. After 6 years they are done deal, which is not the case with you, meaning one year atu itu ayina you can still get extensions and they can file your labor + I-140.

yeah alage undi chusthunte. when I spoke to TCS, they said first come first serve basis untundi annadu file cheyyadaniki, at the same time malli join aina 6 months tarvatha chestha annadu. aadu cheppina logic endo aadike teliyali.

you can ask in writing or in email that they will start GC after 6 months.

ask them if you will be an indian employee or us employee,because indian employee aithe you dont get bonus or yearly increment, us employee aithe you will get yearly increment for sure and ratting batti you will get bonus also. ikkada hire kabatti mostly us hire gane choostharu 

 

their is a very good chance that they ask you to relocate to a different project if your project ends here, unless you have a problem relocating, 90% of people gets a  project unless nee manager has grudge on you and recommend not to help you to HR ,but if that does not work, india lo position confirm kadhu, but mostly they will consider.
