their is a very good chance that they ask you to relocate to a different project if your project ends here, unless you have a problem relocating, 90% of people gets a  project unless nee manager has grudge on you and recommend not to help you to HR ,but if that does not work, india lo position confirm kadhu, but mostly they will consider.

Thank you bro for the info. naadi h1 Jan ending varaku undi and prasthutham mestri kinda chesthunna contract aipothundi next week, tcs vaadu antunnadu FTE Processing start cheyyadaniki min oka 1 month padthundi from the first day of joining the contract/project and first 1 month contractor laaga ramantunnadu because end customer cant wait annadu. so Nov ending ala avthundi FTE start cheyyadaniki annadu. Is it really true or some BS Chepthunnada because contracing bill rate chala worst ga undi and way below par and takkuva bill rate ki nenu dorikanu, after 1 month malli hand isthe inka I will left with very short period of time for extension. On the side note even transfer approve aina kuda, indian incs ki stamping lo baaga scrutiny avthundi ani vinna. Idhi just myth laaga na or stamping risk kuda heavy ga untundha ? please share your thoughts.
